Are you the Service Desk Coordinator who knows how to optimize processes and take customer satisfaction to the next level? Do you want to inspire a team and help our customers with the best IT solutions? Then we are looking for you as a Service Desk Coordinator at Itum Solutions!

At Itum Solutions, you will have the opportunity to take on the day-to-day management of our service desk as a Service Desk Coordinator and ensure that both our customers and the team perform optimally. You will ensure that our IT services run efficiently and that our customers always see their problems resolved. As the person with final operational responsibility, you will be the link between customer needs and the implementation of our service desk processes.

What are you going to do?

  • Progress: You ensure that service desk processes continuously improve, from making ticket intake more efficient to streamlining communication with customers. Everything is aimed at achieving our set KPIs and SLAs.
  • Trust: You lead an enthusiastic team and coach them on quality and content.
  • Responsibility: You manage capacity and on-call planning, ensuring the service desk team is always well-prepared. You coordinate incidents and changes within the triage management process.
  • Connection: You work closely with operational management to implement IT improvements and enhance processes, so we can serve our customers even better.
