Are you an enthusiastic service desk employee who helps customers with IT problems and ensures that they can work optimally? Then we are looking for you at Itum Solutions!
At Itum Solutions, you will have the opportunity to be the first point of contact for our customers as a service desk employee. You will help resolve IT issues and ensure that technical issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Your goal is to provide customers with the best service and make their IT experience as smooth as possible.
What are you going to do?
- Analyzing and resolving customer questions and issues, both by phone and via email
- Registering and managing support tickets and ensuring quick follow-up
- Assisting with the installation and configuration of IT solutions
- Collaborating with colleagues and specialists to solve complex problems
- Contributing ideas for improvements in service desk processes
