  • Basic knowledge of managing and setting up Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server (Hyper-V), networks, and PBX telephone systems

  • Affinity with IT projects and implementations

  • Able to work independently but knows when to ask for help

  • Possession of a category B driver’s license

  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written

Job opening

As a Junior Project Manager at Itum Solutions, you will play an important role in supporting our customers with IT projects. You will work alongside experienced project managers and learn how to solve and implement complex IT issues. You will help both SMEs and international customers with the onboarding of software, hardware, and networks. In addition, you will provide support with setting up Microsoft 365 and the Azure public cloud.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting IT projects and implementations
  • Advising customers on IT solutions
  • Installing and configuring software and hardware
  • Documenting processes and migrations
  • Collaborating with senior engineers to deliver the best solutions for customers
  • Visiting customers to guide them through IT challenges
