When asked how Itum employees describe Sander, the following answer was given:

Sander is a young entrepreneur with a clear vision of the future. He is open to new ideas and eager to learn. Personally, we don’t see Sander as a “boss.” He doesn’t stand above us in an uncomfortable, authoritarian way. Sander is very open in his actions, which allows us to build a good relationship with each other.
